The ERS staff has a history of over 38 years of public service experience including the District of Columbia’s Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.
We are an experienced team of Expediters handling all submittals and documents while coordinating among city, county and local government bodies. We have a clear understanding of the building code, permit fees, and project requirements specific to each jurisdiction, which avoids and prevents those common aggravating delays in getting projects approved.
